• Some International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or clearance delays. These are the responsibility of the customer, although we try our best to avoid this for you.

• Please ensure all contact information (especially email and phone number) is correct at checkout.

If customs cannot reach you and the parcel is returned to us, we cannot offer a refund.

• Once an order leaves our facility, any delays or issues caused by customs or the courier are outside our control.
